About Me My name is Sebastian, i am 23y/o and i am from Sweden. I live on the countryside outside a city called Kalmar in Sweden. My mother is raising up arabian exhibition horses wich that i am also horse riding like a real cowboy! ;) But all the horses wasn't me so i started to train and compete as a breakdancer (8 y/o – 18 y/o). I had a nice shape and big arms at 17 so i contineued with hard training at gym (17 y/o – 23 y/o). The life style has been my favorite interesst and i love to see my body bit for bit be change and i also got a kick of it. I am also a social "duude" so i like to help and motivate other in the gym. I wanted to show my friends my progress and people all around the world started to follow me. People wanted more updates and progress so i also created a group in facebook as: "Mr.Superduude" http://www.facebook.com/pages/MrSuperduude/272214346213882?ref=hl Now i am here and i am not sure if this is the "right" thing in my life when it comes to my future work. But one thing is for sure and that is that i love what i do! Fitness training/bodybuilding have change my life for sure and i am thankful for the experiance, the people i have got connected with and all the joy it has given me.
