About Me Growing up I was always active and got involved in as many sports as I possibly could, excelling in all of them. Unfortunately, my muscle tone was much less than impressive. I remained the tall, skinny kid all the way up until my second last year of high school when I finally decided it was time for me to hit the gym. It wasn’t until then that my passion for fitness and personal training really began to take hold. I quickly became a regular at our local gym and before I knew it I was finally beginning to see some results and receiving compliments from friends and family on my transformation. My love for fitness carried me into McMaster University where I recently graduated with honours with a bachelor’s degree of Science in Kinesiology. Throughout my years at Mac, my interest in fitness and nutrition skyrocketed and I was quickly becoming noticed by friends, family, and strangers alike for my determination and hard work. It wasn’t until I graduated that I realized what I wanted to do with my future. My passion for this industry was too strong to ignore and so it was time for me to make my mark and start training for my first competition and begin my career in fitness modelling. Knowing I couldn’t do this myself, I began working and training with a fitness coach. Through working with a coach, strict dieting, and intense training over the past 5 months, I have already far exceeded my expectations and can't wait to see what the future holds. Only 1 year into my career as a fitness model, I have had photo shoots with some of the top photographers in the industry including a shoot for MuscleTechs Hydroxycut. I have also competed and did extremely well in the 2012 WBFF Quebec Championships and 2012 WBFF World Championships. With so much accomplished in such a short period of time, I am absolutely loving being a part of the fitness family and cannot wait to see where my path leads me too next!
