About Me Odalis Urena is a leading expert in body transformations. Growing up as an overweight child with low self confidence he knows first hand how much adversity you can face in your quest to obtaining that ideal physique. At the age of 13 he began to experiment with weight training and although he trained constantly he was not achieving the results he was after. Not one to back down, Odalis started to look for answers as to why he was not succeeding in his efforts to transform his physique. After educating himself and through hard work and much self determination he experienced a complete body transformation. Gone were the days when he was too embarrassed to take his shirt off at the beach. Based on his results, and what he learned about health and fitness through his experience and studies, he has been able to inspire people in ways he never thought possible. Over the last several years of his transition, he has competed as a natural bodybuilder, and has been fortunate to have had his efforts and accomplishments recognized in fitness magazines. Additionally, he has appeared on national television and radio programs speaking about the benefits of nutrition and exercise. Aside from Personal training and Modeling, Odalis has a health and fitness Column on Noticias Newspaper and a radio segment on 98.5fm’s program Almzorzando con Cantaso. Motivating others has become the primary focus of his journey, and he feels he has received the most gratification from showing others that if he was able to change his life and improve his fitness, they can certainly do the same if they work hard and truly believe in themselves.
