Having a mini debate with my friend on whether crossfit is trash or not. I said it is; she said it’s not. I’ve never done it because some people on here say it’s bad; she’s done it before and says it’s great. I said most bodybuilders don’t do crossfit because it’s trash and she said it’s because crossfit is too hard for them. So…thoughts on crossfit?
