Hi,
Having a mini debate with my friend on whether crossfit is trash or not. I said it is; he said it's not. I've never done it because some people on here say it's bad; he's done it before and says it's great. I said most bodybuilders don't do crossfit because it's trash and he said it's because crossfit is too hard for them. So...thoughts on crossfit?
Please help.
