I get asked this question with a great deal of regularity. A good split would be to work out every muscle group no more than twice a week. Put your splits together in such a manner that your hitting each body part hard, but no more than twice a week. Your muscles need time to restore the muscle fibers that tear down when lifting. If your constantly tearing them down and not giving ample time for repair, then you will see very little if any growth. Also, supplements do play a key role in this, that is for those who are not on gear. When using gear, its a different ball game and PTS is highly important to maintain gains and limit come downs.
