Do you consider weightlifting cardio?

Hi, Weightlifting is not, technically, cardio. However, for many of us we breathe heavy, sweat like crazy and our hearts are pounding during, and after, our session. Do you view weightlifting as "cardo" and feel no need to hit the elliptical/treadmill/etc or do you view traditional cardio as a part of your training? Please help. Thanks!
