What are your feelings on each and what has given you the most success. I know that there is about a million different types out there and some are just garbage and some are really good. What is the best to take and why?

Human growth hormone is an anabolic hormone which builds up muscle. It does this by directly binding to the target cells by means of specialized receptors. This then creates the release of growth hormones and chemical messengers which speed up proliferation and growth of cells and tissues. It increases the size of muscle cells, a change we term as muscle hypertrophy. In addition, these muscle cells increase in number. This in turn increases both muscle size and muscle bulk.
It really depends on what your stacking each of these with. IGF-1 doesn't take to every single person, so you have to use different kinds to find what works best and responds best in your body. HGH is been coined as the fountain of youth and does deliver on its promise. If your not staking and looking to gain lean mass or maintain but loos bulk, HGH is going to be a better fit, but if your stacking with with Winstrol, or other cutting gear, then IGF would be better to stack. Just depends.
