Can i somehow fix the gap?

Hi, i've been weightlifting for 16 months now. I have made considerable progress (for me), i am 15 now, at 176 cm and 70 kg (150 pounds) I have noticed my gap in the first 2 months, but never gave it any atention. But now it has become serious. I am really self conscious about it, i almost never wear a t-shirt now, only sweaters or other clothes than won't show my chest, my gym moral and motivation have gotten to record lows. Even tho my last workout I achieved a personal record at the bench, i still was sad. Can i somehow "fill" this gap? Is it genetics? Or am i just underdeveloped? Do i have a chance of ever looking good? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
