What are the best techniques for over 40 cross training

Would love feedback here.

    First, you need to determine if cross training is the means to reach your goal. What exactly do you want from training? Just a hard body? Are you participating in a sport, i.e. running, soccer, track, weightlifting, karate, etc. what you intend to accomplish will dictate the method of training.
