I just finished week two of smolov. Between sets I’ve been getting a lot of pain in both of my fibulas, almost feels like they’ll snap in half. Never really had this happen when I was squatting before, but those were much lower volume routines.
Just wondering if any of you squat anatomy experts knew if this could be a symptom of bad form.
BTW I’m doing all the squats olympic style, which means I’m wearing oly shoes with elevated heels, and and I’m squatting pretty much all the way down?
